Security Question & Answer Authentication

In this authentication method, one or more questions will be asked to the users to make sure his/her identity.

To login by using Question Answer, you need to do the following steps:

1. On the login page click on the Question & Answer Icon as in the Figure 1.

2. The web page will appear a list of question(s) which the user was setup it before. (For the guide to register Question & Answer please click here).

3. You need to insert a correct answer in the text field for each question in the list, as in the Figure 2 below.

4. Finally click on the Login button.
