CR OTP Authentication

You need a device (Android or iPhone/iOS) to install and register that user on the CENTAGATE Cloud Mobile. (For the guide to register phone please click here).

To login by using CR OTP authentication, you need to do the following steps:

1. On the login page, click on the CR OTP icon to continue. The web page will appear in a new text field to enter the OTP and the value of the Challenge Code.

2. You will use the value of the Challenge Code to generate an OTP by using the CENTAGATE Cloud Mobile Application.

3. On the screen of the CENTAGATE Mobile Application, find the CR OTP button:

4. After, tap on the CR OTP button on the screen of the CENTAGATE Cloud Mobile Application you will see a CR OTP popup.

5. You need to insert the OTP that display on the phone and press generate button, You will get an OTP code on the screen of CENTAGATE Mobile Application like as:

6. You will use this code to enter the text field OTP on the web page.

7. Click the Login button on the web page to login.
