QR Code Authentication

You need a device (Android or iPhone/iOS) to install and register that user on the CENTAGATE Cloud Mobile. (For the guide to register phone please click here).

To login by using QR Code authentication, you need to do the following steps:

1. On the login page, click on the QR Code icon to continue. The web page will appear like:

2. On the CENTAGATE Cloud Mobile Application, tap on the QR CODE icon. The camera will be turned on.

3. You need adjust the camera to scan the QR Code on the web page.

4. When the camera captures the QR Code successfully, a dialog will appear to ask the application PIN.

5. Tap on the OK button after entering the application PIN. You will get a message to confirm the Login request of the user on the web page for QR authentication.

6. Tap on the APPROVE button to approve and REJECT button to cancel the Login request.

7. The CENTAGATE Cloud Mobile Application will send the Login request to get an approval.

8. The successful result is the user could login the CENTAGATE Cloud Web Manager page.
