OTP Authentication

You need a device (Android or iPhone/IOS) to install and register that user on the CENTAGATE Cloud Mobile. (For the guide to register phone please click here).

To login by using OTP authentication, you need to do the following steps

1. On the login page, click on the OTP icon to continue. The web page will appear a new text field to enter the OTP like as:

2. Next, you need to use the CENTAGATE Cloud Mobile Application to continue.

3. On the screen of the CENTAGATE Cloud Mobile Application, find the OTP button:

4. Tap on the OTP button on the screen of the CENTAGATE Cloud Mobile Application to continue.

5. You will get an OTP code on the screen of CENTAGATE Cloud Mobile Application like as:

6. You will use this code to enter the text field OTP on the web page.

7. Click the Login button on the web page to login.
