Register Device

1. Before the user starts to register the device, they should install a CENTAGATE Cloud App which is available in Android Google Playstore or Apple Appstore.

2. To register the device, the user needs to click the Device at the Authentication Methods near the Self-Service tab.

3. After the user clicks the device option they will navigate to the Manage Device page. The user needs to click the Register button and a QR code popup appears on the screen.

4. At the CENTAGATE Cloud app user need to click the plus sign button at their top left side screen. User will see two ways for provisioning at their bottom app:

• QR Code Provisioning

1. After the user clicks the QR Code provisioning, it will navigate them to the QR Code scanning screen.

2. After the user scans the QR Code and then it will pop up the dialog box said that “Input Provisioning Code”.

3. Then, the device provisioning code will be sent to the user email as shown in Figure below.

4. User needs to insert the OTP code they get into the CENTAGATE Cloud app.

5. If the provisioning success, the user will see a success message, and the user`s username will display on the app and the user`s phone will be displayed on the Manage Device Page.

• Online Provisioning

1. After the user clicks the code provisioning they will navigate it to the page where the user will have two text fields which are client id and activation code.

2. User needs to insert the client id that has setup on their user profile. (Haven’t setup client id click here).

3. For the activation code, it will be sent to the user email as shown in Figure 11.

4. If the provisioning success, the user will see a success message, and the user`s username will display on the app and the user`s phone will be displayed on the Manage Device Page
