Users may occasionally need to change their password due to security policy or for security reasons. This feature allows users to select a new password without help desk assistance.
User just change it with their existing password and enter a new password. If users forgot their password, refer to Forgot Password.(For the guide to forgot password please click here).
1. To change password, click Self Service then click the Change Password.

2. Enter the current and new password. Re-enter the new password. Password length and difficulty are depending on the group password settings.
