Security Question & Answer
User can enhance the security by setting one or more pairs of the question(s) and the answer(s) for themself. This security question(s) and answer(s) will be used in the reset password.
1. Click Self Service → Question & Answer

2. Select the question(s) or user also can choose option to create their own question(s) and answer the questions.
