Register SMS
There are two ways to access the SMS token management to register the SMS to receive SMS OTP:-
1. Go to Users then click the User List, and select one of the users that wanted change the name and click More. The user will see list management-click Manage SMS Token.

2. Or, click on Self Service and select Authentication Methods and click SMS.

3. Users must choose the phone number country code followed by the rest of the phone number.

4. Every user can register more than one mobile number. But once the mobile number is registered, other users in the same company cannot register the same mobile number anymore.
5. Users can click Unregister on the link to remove those mobile numbers that are no longer in use.

- Set SMS as a default
6. To set which mobile number as default, users need to go to Self Service, then select Authentication Methods. After that, choose the SMS token want to make the default and need click on it.

7. A details dialog will display and you should be able to make the SMS token as the default token inside the details dialog.

8. Click on the link to set the number as default. SMS OTP will be sent only to the default mobile number.
