Remote Authentication Dial-in User Service (RADIUS)

The RADIUS Apps helps to integrate the CENTAGATE Cloud with the client RADIUS server.

By having a Shared Secret Key user able to access all the functions and authentications of the CENTAGATE Cloud service.

1. Click Apps → Add App.

2. First enter the App name in order to identify the App at the App List.

3. Then add domain name. This is not compulsory to be added at the Add App page.

4. Select the App status within two choice Active and Inactive.

5. Select the group, that wanted to apply the App Integration.

6. For the Integration Type select the RADIUS option.

7. After select the RADIUS as Integration Type, then new field will occurs which is allowed IP address and Authentication Options.

8. Enter the IP Address that allowed to access the RADIUS App. This is optional, user can choose not to fill any value on this Allowed IP addresses.

9. Finally, user can select the Authentications Options for the RADIUS app. There will be three authentications options which are Combination of OTP with Password, Combination of Password with OTP and OTP only.

10. After successfully add the RADIUS app and it will navigate to the App List

11. Then user need click the Update button on the RADIUS App at the App List and then it will navigate the user to the Update App page.

12. At the bottom of the Update App page will have one new field which are Shared Secret Key field.
