NOTE: This process will require Admin right or access on installing this CENTAGATE OS Logon.

1. Download the Windows setup on the Windows machine where you want to implement the 2FA.

2. Run setup.exe . Click Next to start the installation.

3. Select the Authentication Protocol you wish to apply, either RADIUS or RESTful Web API.

NOTE: Please contact your admin and confirm the authentication protocol that you want to select before proceed.

Radius Protocol

a. Enter the primary authentication server credential and select the Primary Radius Authentication Options according to authentication server configuration. Click Next to proceed.

b. Tick Use Primary Auth Configurations if the secondary server authentication configurations are the same as primary server. Click Next to proceed.

Below are the secondary server configurations that affected for RADIUS:

  • Integration Key
  • RADIUS Shared Secret
  • RADIUS Authentication Options

c. Tick Enable Emergency Password to enable logon component to be able to use this password to login to Windows OS. Click Next to proceed.

d. Choose the required cases when 2FA will prompt. Click Next to proceed.

e. Restart the system once the installation finished

RestFul Web Api Protocol

a. If RESTful Web API was selected, enter the primary authentication server credential and select the Primary Web API Authentication options according to authentication server configuration. Click Next to proceed.

b. Tick Use Primary Auth Configurations if the secondary server authentication configurations are the same as primary server. Click Next to proceed.

  • Integration Key
